WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT?

We accept payments through all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, Paytm, cash cards [ ITZ CASH and PAY CASH ], mobile payments [ SCAN N PAY and IMPS ], wallets [ ICICI BANK , FREECHARGE , MOBIKWIK , JIOMONEY  , BUDDY ] UPI with our highly encrypted SSL payment gateway.

HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

TACTOYS INDIA provides free home delivery* on all items with the minimum purchase of INR. 500/-. *Not applicable for orders placed on Cash On Delivery ( COD ) payment mode. A delivery charge of  INR. 300/- (minimum and fixed) will be charged flat on all orders placed on Cash On Delivery (COD)

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

The estimated delivery time for all the products depends on the location. Since the products are shipped from Chennai Tamilnadu, it usually takes 2 business days for the products to be shipped across the state. For purchases from all major cities across the country, it takes 3 to 4 business days for the products to be shipped. Also, other non major cities in India, the product will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

ONCE THE ORDER IS MADE, CAN THE ORDER BE CANCELLED?

The order placed can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. And the amount will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 business days. For orders that has already been shipped, there will be no cancellations made and the same will be notified to you at the time of cancellation.

IF THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED, WILL IT BE REPLACED?

If the products that you purchased have not been delivered in a proper condition or have been damaged in transit, please do not accept the package as we will replace the goods with no extra cost.
